January 14, 2010 by admin

An update to VoiceSupport is coming in February 2010. More details to follow after NAMM. But here are the improvements you’ll see in this first of more upgrades to the VoiceSupport application.

New Features in version 1.1 – available February 2010:
• Drag and drop preset management. Users can now create multiple back-up sets and store them on their Mac or PC. These can then easily be dragged/dropped back to the hardware. Users can also change preset names and aspects within each preset, such as re-ordering steps in VoiceLive 2.
• Users can manage multiple connected products. Many TC-Helicon customers own more than one device – now any number can be simultaneously connected, updated, and have presets managed.
• Access to more great content with EasyFilter. In addition to delivering tips, tricks and updates on your connected product, VoiceSupport can now deliver general news and great editorial content from VoiceCouncil Magazine, TC-Helicon’s online resource for singers. Filters allow you to see only what you want to see.
• Users will notice a faster response time and improved connectivity with TC-Helicon products, as well as many other tweaks and fixes.
