When TOTO begins their 2006 World Tour at London’s Hammersmith Apollo Theater on February 25 they will be well-armed with TC Electronic and TC-Helicon processing. At front of house, the Digidesign Venue console will feature TC’s new VSS-3 reverb for ProTools, while overdubbed vocals will be produced with a TC-Helicon VoiceDoubler. On stage, the background vocals will be supported by a TC-Helicon VoiceLive.

TOTO’s newest member Greg Phillinganes attended the recent NAMM convention where he saw a demonstration of TC-Helicon’s intelligent harmony technology and requested a VoiceLive for tour rehearsals. It wasn’t long before VoiceLive was incorporated into the set for upcoming tour. (more…)
