After some lengthy delays, the new version of VoiceSupport is ready for download. The new version has many new features as well as access to more content. The most anticipated feature is the new drag and drop preset management view. All the new content can be filtered to see what you want. Singers wanting to learn more about their craft will enjoy access to VoiceCouncil articles and videos that cover topics ranging from warming up, breathing and getting gigs.

VoiceSupport 1.1 getting ready for prime time
Many of you have been waiting for an update on the mysterious update to VoiceSupport. We announced back at Winter NAMM 2010 that the application for USB enabled TC-Helicon product would see some substantial updates. All this is true (except for the fact we announced that it would be available in February!)
Well, VoiceSupport 1.1 is in full BETA test and the final release is right around the corner (expect the week of May 17th). Until then, here are some sneakpeek screenshots for you.

Important – Backing Up Presets
Backup presets using VoiceSupport. When updating to version 1.1, VoiceTone Synth will be reset to a factory default state. This means that all user presets are erased. However, by backing up presets in advance, they can be restored after the update, and restarting VoiceSupport. For instructions on backing up presets see the version 1.1 manual addendum.

VoiceTone Synth getting some love
VoiceTone Synth will be the kind recipient of firmware update. Version 1.1 adds features and improvements directly requested by musicians using VoiceTone Synth. So what do you get with the update?

Preset management coming to VoiceSupport 1.1
An update to VoiceSupport is coming in February 2010. More details to follow after NAMM. But here are the improvements you’ll see in this first of more upgrades to the VoiceSupport application.
New Features in version 1.1 – available February 2010:
• Drag and drop preset management. Users can now create multiple back-up sets and store them on their Mac or PC. These can then easily be dragged/dropped back to the hardware. Users can also change preset names and aspects within each preset, such as re-ordering steps in VoiceLive 2.
• Users can manage multiple connected products. Many TC-Helicon customers own more than one device – now any number can be simultaneously connected, updated, and have presets managed.
• Access to more great content with EasyFilter. In addition to delivering tips, tricks and updates on your connected product, VoiceSupport can now deliver general news and great editorial content from VoiceCouncil Magazine, TC-Helicon’s online resource for singers. Filters allow you to see only what you want to see.
• Users will notice a faster response time and improved connectivity with TC-Helicon products, as well as many other tweaks and fixes.
