TC-Helicon has released a firmware update for VoiceTone Create XT – version 1.0.02. The update makes Create XT compatible with the new preset management page in VoiceSupport 1.1. With VoiceSupport you can now store, archive, rename, and move presets.
Your presets will be preserved; there is no need to back up your presets prior to upgrading.
You must be using VoiceSupport 1.1 to upgrade your firmware. Download: Windows | Mac
Hello, I have two MAC with 10.6.3 and 10.5.8, moreover I have Windows XP SP3. All my computer are updated to the last OS.
In the two MAC, the Voice support application doesn’t start at all (after few seconds close and show me an error). In Windows the application opens but cannot see my VoiceTone Create XT.
At this time I cannot uninstall and re install the old version as per new version already installed.
I’m totally blocked on my job,
Can you help me?
